Junior Monthly Competition Format

1. Stroke Play Competition with prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places.

2. Medal Net competition.

This allows all players to play off their full handicap allowance for the 18 hole competition and approximately 50% of the full handicap for players entered in the 9 hole competition.

So, for example, a 20 handicap player in the 18 hole competition gets an allowance of 20 shots which is deducted from the player's total gross score.

And, a 50 handicap player in the 9 hole competition gets an allowance of approximately 25 shots (depending on tee box colour) which is deducted from the player's total gross score.

The top 3 players with the lowest Medal Net scores after the deduction of their respective handicap allowance will be awarded prizes correspondingly.

Handicap Requirements.

18 hole competition: Boys Max HCP 28 Girls Max HCP 36

9 hole competition: Boys HCP 28 and above Girls HCP 36 and above

NOTE:

Players who are sub 10 with a handicap less than above, will still play in the 9 hole competition off purple tees.
